Phil Dixon

Team A Driver- Phil Dixon
Winner in 2005 and 2006, and runner-up in the 2007 Australian V8 Superboat Jetsprint Championships in the Superboat class, and second in the 2006 International Jetsprint Championship, Phil is also the owner of the True Blue Racing Team and is an extremely competitive character in the world of Jetsprinting. Driving for over six years, he has continually strived to improve his boat and team every year with the goal of being consistently amongst the best Jetsprint teams in the world. In Phil's spare time, the Melbourne based driver runs Logistics and Marina operations.

Mark Arnold Team A Navigator- Mark Arnold
A former Superbike racer from Eildon, (Victoria) Mark is now in his fourth year of navigating with the True Blue team alongside Phil Dixon. With extensive racing experience, and with his wife Paula and daughter Jess also navigating in the True Blue team, Mark leads the way in ensuring that consistency is maintained across the navigating performances on race day.
Louise Dixon

Team B Driver- Louise Dixon
With husband Phil and daughter Brooke both proving extremely successful at Jetsprint racing, Louise earned the nickname, the ‘Queen Mother’ of Jetsprinting. After gaining quite extensive experience in the 400 Class, she has decided to step up to the plate and race the V8 Superboat class in 2008. Louise is a tenacious and skillful competitor who will be seen amongst the top finishers in Superboats this year.

By day Paula is a mild mannered nurse working in a retirement home in Eildon, but come the racing weekend she straps on her racing suit with a big smile, and navigates alongside Louise, joining husband Mark and daughter Jess in the True Blue team, making it a real family affair.
